While our practice has cultivated a reputation for cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, we are very much a General Practice in Traverse City, Michigan.  Dr. Salon is a general dentist who pays meticulous attention to your family's routine dental care.  Dr. Salon is also highly-experienced in Cosmetic Dentistry.  Patients of all ages are welcome for regular checkups and routine family dental care to complete restorative care.

Dr. Salon was born and raised in the Traverse City area. After graduating from Traverse City High School in 1984 he attended The University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree which he achieved in 1988. The journey to his doctorate took an interesting turn when he decided to attend Ohio State University. Upon graduating from OSU with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992 he opened his first practice, Grand Traverse Dental Care, P.C., in January of 1993.
